Middleton Library in Winter

Another shot from the “Middleton in Snow” series, this time depicting Middleton Library in Greater Manchester.
The library was built in 1889 and is situated at the front of a Victorian park (known as Jubilee Park – although it’s unclear if that is its official designation). The ancient parish church of St. Leonard’s, Middleton (see here for image) sits high on a hill behind the library.
