Another image from a recent night-time trip to the Salford Quays, showing the shimmering reflections of brightly-lit apartments in the relatively still waters of the Manchester Ship Canal.

This shot is a HDR (high dynamic range) photo made up from 6 source images with exposures ranging from 0.6 secs to 4 secs. These were then merged using the HDR function of Paint Shop Pro in order to produce the composite image.

Camera: Canon EOS 550D w/ 17-85mm IS USM @ 17mm;     Exposure: 0.6 - 4 sec @ f7.1 ;     ISO: 400
