Green-Veined White Butterfly

This green-veined white (Pieris napi) butterfly was seen – very briefly – in the Cors Erddreiniog nature reserve, near to Capel Coch, on a day-trip to Anglesey last weekend. It landed for no more than 10 seconds and was the only one that we saw (stationary) all day.
